Each residence has 3 bedrooms; each one with air conditioning; 2 full bathrooms and 1 social bathroom; 7 available beds: including a queen size and two twin size beds, a social area and kitchen, pool and jacuzzi in each residency. It also has an easy access to the "Estero" as the beach.
The common areas are available:
House Beach in front of the "Estero de Jaltepeque".
Included cleaning service for the pool and social areas of the residency.
Assistant included. If you require any errands, there is someone available for you.
40 H.P. boat with capacity from 8 to 10 people at low rates. It includes the boat driver, tow from the house to the dock and vice versa and fuel.
